Objective and Aim
Implementing a new control algorithm that suits a hyper information society achieved the following results.
(1)Less time to start up machinery
(2)Reduced raw material disposal rate
(3)(3) Production system structure that doesn’t require people
Promising markets, products and industry sectors
- ●General manufacturing (Especially food products and automotive manufacturing)
- ●Agriculture and livestock
- ●Construction
Summary
- ●As sensor technology evolves today, huge amounts of data can be instantly collected, including climate information such as temperature and humidity, operation information about currents and voltage of operating machinery, and raw material input and yield.
- ●This research will develop skilled techniques for the possible control of large data collections suitable for a hyper-information society.
- ●New control methods use the database as a foundation, but don’t only collect data from the device. The history of control parameter changes made by skilled workers are stored, making it possible to reproduce skills.
- ●After implementation, once the computer studies it, it will be possible to achieve control beyond previous skill levels.
Strengths of this Research
- ●This control method is equipped with a learning function, so the more the machine is used, the smarter it will get
- ●Can easily be attached to existing systems being used by each company.
